A big upgrade to the Severe Weather Outlook for tomorrow (Tuesday). This is a level 4/5 (Moderate) risk for much of Ohio, and a 3/5 (Enhanced) risk into West Virginia and Western Pennsylvania. All modes of severe weather (tornadoes, large hail, damaging wind) will be possible tomorrow late afternoon and evening, with higher probabilities the farther west you're located.
